Credit Card

• Payment by credit card is only available through the online registration system.
• All credit card-related service charges must be paid by the registrants.
• The actual debit amount may change according to the exchange rate.

• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
• The sender's name must match the registrant's name.
• A copy of the bank remittance receipt must be faxed to the Secretariat. Please ensure that the registrant's name appears on the receipt.

Cancellation & Refund

• If you wish to cancel your participation in SGI 2025, please notify the Secretariat in writing by email (sgi@conventionpm.com).
• R Refunds will be processed after the conference for administrative reasons.
•  All bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refund. The refund amount will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows.
  

  Cancellation by September 29, 2025	80% Reimbursement. (20% of the remitted amount will be deducted as an administration fee.)
  Cancellation after September 30, 2025	No refund
