Registration Fee Reimbursement for Abstract Presenters


All presenters whose abstracts are selected for oral or poster presentation are eligible for a full reimbursement of
the registration fee after the conference, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. Abstract Selection:
The submitted abstract must be officially accepted for either an oral or poster presentation by the Scientific Committee.

2. Completion of Registration:
The presenter must complete the registration process and pay the registration fee in full prior to the conference.

3. On-site Presentation:
The accepted presentation must be delivered in person at the conference venue on the scheduled date and time.

4. Reimbursement Process:
After the successful conclusion of the conference, and upon verification of attendance and presentation, the registration fee will be fully reimbursed to the presenter.

※ Please note that the reimbursement is only applicable to the presenting author and will be processed after the event concludes.
